Involuntary childlessness is one of the most painful experiences that a woman or a man can have. It is a personal loss, and it can also be stigmatised in a society. Someone who is childless not by choice can face many painful experiences in their everyday lives, often completely unexpectedly. Others see only the fact that you do not have a child, and often they do not know anything else about you. And sometimes this can cause unfair situations, unfair treatment; and a lot of suffering.

There are several paths leading to not having children. There are some who do not or did not wish to become parents; they may call themselves childfree; they decided not to have children, and they are happy with this situation. If you are childfree you may need help to make others understand your decision, or to make sure that you do not regret this decision later when you are no longer able to change your mind.

The majority of people who do not have children did not opt for this; they did want to become parents, but they could not. Either because of health reasons, or because of life circumstances, such as not finding the right partner, or not being able to afford to have a child, or any other circumstances - they wanted to have children but they did not. If you are in this situation, you might have tried several times to become pregnant; you might have had several rounds of IVF, until finally you decided to give up.

If you are in this situation you may need help to overcome your grief and develop a meaningful, fulfilled and happy life - without children.

If you are interested or are thinking about starting working with me I recommend asking for a free 30-minute online orientation meeting. Then we could get to know each other and see if we can work together. You can book it here on my website. Thank you.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
