Supportive counselling

If you feel you need help because you are in a difficult life situation, either at work or in your private life, you can come and talk to me.

I offer you counselling sessions.

I am not a clinical psychologist, however, I cannot offer you psychotherapy.

There are life situations, when there isn't a deep crisis, still you feel that you are not where you should be.  

Or you might not be able to make decisions.

In situations like this it is worth thinking over where I am and what my own real way is.

Phoenix Cardioprotective Programme

A comprehensive programme to decrease the risk of ischaemic heart disease 

The aim of the programme is to decrease the risk of coronary heart disease, and to improve quality of life and increase mental and physical well-being of heart patients of people living with high risk of these conditions. 

During the programme the level of psychological risk factors is optimised, and lifestyle risk factors are also targeted.

Stress Management


A comprehensive programme to provide participants with different tools to reduce the number of situations which in which they experience stress, and also the intensity of stress experienced.

Participants will experience stress less often, less intensively; their problem solving skills and communication skills will improve, and last but not least, it will contribute to their physical health too.

Smoking Cessation Counselling

If you are thinking about quitting smoking, or you have already decided to do so, you may need help to provide you with the tools and support you need.

If you are not sure whether you really want to give up smoking, we can talk about it. If you have already decided, I can offer you a ten-week programme with two follow-up sessions 4 and 12 weeks after the last session of the programme.
